(SPECIAL ORDER) Tailspot Blenny

The Tailspot Blenny is a small, reef-associated blenny native to the Indo-Pacific, commonly found perching on live rock and coral crevices in shallow reef environments. A minimum tank size of 30–50 gallons is recommended with plenty of rockwork and hiding places to allow natural territorial behavior. Ideal water parameters are 72–78°F, salinity 1.020–1.025, and pH 8.1–8.4 with stable water quality. Tailspot Blennies are omnivorous, feeding on algae, small crustaceans, and detritus, and should be offered a varied diet including spirulina-based foods, mysis shrimp, and finely chopped seafood. They are peaceful, reef-safe, and hardy, making them suitable for beginner to intermediate aquarists.
