All orders are carefully packed and shipped using overnight priority shipping Monday through Thursday to ensure your livestock arrives alive and healthy, with shipping carriers chosen based on location and order size. Shipping costs are $29 for orders under $239.99, with free shipping on orders over $240, and special orders or rare fish may require additional care or fees, which will be communicated before shipping. Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation, and customers must be available to receive their package on the scheduled day. While we guarantee live arrival, Apex Aquaria is not responsible for delays caused by carriers due to weather or other unforeseen events. If your fish arrive damaged or dead, please notify us immediately with photos so we can review and provide a replacement or refund.
