Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at fishingwithgiandro@gmail.com.

Due to the sensitive nature of live animals, all livestock sales are final. Livestock cannot be returned or refunded once it has been received.

Refunds or replacements for livestock are only considered in cases of Dead on Arrival (DOA). Any DOA claim must be reported immediately upon arrival and must include clear photo or video proof for verification.

Organisms listed as “Expert Only” are sold with the understanding that they require advanced care, specialized environments, and experienced handling. Because of this, there is no guarantee of survival, and they are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or guarantees beyond DOA.

Additionally, opened products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

By purchasing from our website, the customer acknowledges responsibility for proper acclimation, tank conditions, and ongoing care of all livestock.
