(SPECIAL ORDER) Zebra Moray Eel

The Zebra Moray Eel (Gymnomuraena zebra) is a visually striking marine eel with bold black-and-white striped markings, making it a showpiece in any predator tank. It requires a minimum tank size of 125 gallons, with salinity 1.023–1.025, pH 8.1–8.4, and temperature 75–80°F (24–27°C). Carnivorous and mostly nocturnal, it feeds on meaty foods like shrimp, squid, and fish, and is best housed with larger, non-aggressive tankmates while avoiding small or slow-moving species. The Zebra Moray needs plenty of rockwork and hiding spots, as well as a secure lid to prevent escapes. This is an INTERMEDIATE species, hardy for aquarists with some experience, though proper care and regular water monitoring are recommended.
