$0.00
The Quoy’s Parrotfish, Scarus quoyi, is a medium to large marine fish known for its vibrant coloration, strong beak-like mouth used to graze on algae, and active swimming behavior. It requires a minimum tank size of 180 gallons, with salinity 1.023–1.025, pH 8.1–8.4, and temperature 75–82°F (24–28°C). Herbivorous by nature, it feeds primarily on algae and other plant matter, but may also accept prepared marine herbivore foods. Quoy’s Parrotfish are generally peaceful with other fish but need plenty of swimming space and live rock for grazing. This is a Moderate species, suitable for aquarists with some saltwater experience.
