(SPECIAL ORDER) Magnificent Foxface (VENOMOUS)
The Magnificent Foxface, Siganus magnificus, is a medium‑sized marine rabbitfish with a dramatic color palette — a bluish‑gray body covered in subtle spots, a bold black face mask, bright red venomous dorsal spines, and vibrant yellow tail and fins. It requires a minimum tank size of 75 gallons, with salinity 1.023–1.025, pH 8.1–8.4, and temperature 75–82°F (24–28°C). Herbivorous by nature, it primarily grazes on algae and other plant matter, and will readily accept high‑quality marine herbivore diets, seaweed sheets, and vegetable‑based foods. Magnificent Foxfaces are generally peaceful with other fish, though their venomous dorsal spines can pose a hazard if handled. This is a Moderate species, suitable for aquarists with some saltwater experience.
