The Black and White Heniochus, often called the “Bannerfish,” is a striking marine species recognized for its bold black-and-white body pattern and long flowing dorsal fin. This active swimmer adds dramatic movement to large marine aquariums and generally adapts well when kept in stable systems. It does best in spacious tanks with plenty of swimming room and a varied diet of meaty foods and marine preparations.
Note: While more adaptable than some butterflyfish, proper acclimation and a well-established aquarium are recommended.
