(SPECIAL ORDER) Green Bird Wrasse

The Green Bird Wrasse is a colorful, active wrasse native to the Indo-Pacific, typically found along reef slopes, lagoons, and coral-rich areas where it searches for small invertebrates. A minimum tank size of 125–150 gallons is recommended due to its active swimming behavior. Water parameters should be 72–78°F, salinity 1.020–1.025, and pH 8.1–8.4, with stable, high-quality conditions. Green Bird Wrasses are carnivorous, feeding on small crustaceans, worms, and tiny reef invertebrates, and should be offered a diet of mysis shrimp, brine shrimp, and finely chopped seafood. They are semi-aggressive and fast swimmers, best housed with peaceful or semi-aggressive tankmates in aquariums with plenty of live rock for foraging and hiding.
