(SPECIAL ORDER) Bluehead Wrasse

The Bluehead Wrasse is a small, vibrant wrasse native to the Caribbean Sea and western Atlantic reefs, commonly found around coral heads and shallow reef areas. A minimum tank size of 50–75 gallons is recommended, with plenty of live rock for hiding and territory. Ideal water parameters are 72–78°F, salinity 1.020–1.025, and pH 8.1–8.4. Bluehead Wrasses are carnivorous, feeding on small crustaceans, zooplankton, and worms, and should be offered a diet of mysis shrimp, brine shrimp, and finely chopped seafood. They are peaceful but active, best kept in groups in reef aquariums with non-aggressive tankmates, and require ample rockwork for shelter and natural behavior.
